Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute media buying strategies for large agency
clients, ensuring efficient campaign management
Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and
creative environment
Oversee campaign performance across channels, ensuring strategies
are implemented effectively and goals are met
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in a media agency or publisher environment
focused on media buying
Proven track record in negotiating and executing high-value media
opportunities
Experience leading a small team of individual contributors
Direct hands-on experience with industry platforms (DSPs, research
tools)
Baseline knowledge of incrementality testing and cross-channel
measurement solutions
