Job Description:
A company is looking for a Processing Specialist, Inland
Marine.
Key Responsibilities
Handles policy processing transactions including issuance, changes,
and renewals for multiple lines of business
Trains and guides less experienced staff and Policy Service
Representatives
Communicates with Branches and Underwriting to resolve
discrepancies and ensure timely processing
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years insurance transaction processing experience,
with at least 1 year in commercial lines
Knowledge of the insurance industry and its products and
services
Experience with company proprietary rating and policy
administration systems
Ability to train and coach peers effectively
