A company is looking for a Pension Risk Transfer - Senior Client
Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert on Defined Benefit and Pension
Risk Transfer regulations and consult on onboarding strategies
Stay informed about market trends and legislative changes in the
retirement benefits space
Manage ad hoc client projects and collaborate with internal teams
to improve delivery and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Pension Risk Transfer or Defined Benefit
plan administration
5+ years of direct experience in client relationship management and
project management
Ability to influence and work across all areas of client
delivery
Strong understanding of client needs based on industry
knowledge
Experience in managing complex client requirements and projects
