Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Claim Representative -
Non-Trucking Liability (NTL) (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Conducts investigations to determine coverage, liability, and
damages, including taking recorded statements from involved
parties
Establishes reserves, makes timely adjustments, and directs
activities of internal and external resources
Negotiates settlement values and provides recommendations for
claims exceeding authority level
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 3-5 years of highly complex, specialty claims
experience
Prior experience handling MedPay/PIP and UM/UIM claims
Background in evaluating and handling litigated bodily injury
claims
Trucking experience or background is helpful
