Job Description:
A company is looking for a Strategy Consultant to work with
young students and their parents on academic and personal
development.
Key Responsibilities
Guide students in pre-college academic strategy, including course
selection and study habits
Assist students in developing extracurricular strategies and
personal development goals
Support students through their Crimson Rise journey with regular
meetings and feedback collection
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a top university; advanced degrees are
advantageous
Passion for coaching young adults and appreciation of global
perspectives
Superior planning and organizational skills, with project
management experience preferred
Experience in formal education, coaching, tutoring, or admissions
consulting is preferred
Resilience when working independently under pressure
