Job Description:
A company is looking for a Developer Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze complex business requirements and generate technical
specifications for software components and applications
Design, develop, and implement functional solutions while managing
user access, workflows, and data quality
Resolve system issues, implement updates, and provide training and
documentation for best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or
computer engineering
10+ years of relevant experience
Development experience in required languages or technologies (e.g.,
Websphere, Informatica)
Hands-on experience in end-to-end deployment of large-scale
projects
Experience with iterative and agile SDLC methodologies
